On April, 24-28 members of the RCUAS visited Croatian professional higher education institutions (PHEIs) in Zagreb in order to get acquainted with the higher education system and compare it with Estonia’s.
On April, 25 took place welcome and orientalization meeting in Hotel Dubrovnik with the President of Croatian Council of Universities and University Colleges of Applied Sciences, prof.dr.sc. Vlatko Cvrtila and with prof. Žarko Nožica from International Office.
The following days Estonian rectors met the head of Croatian Agency for Science and Higher Education that, besides other functions, serves the purpose as the Croatian external evaluation and accreditation agency to both academic and professional higher education in Croatia.
Other visited PHEIs in Zagreb were University of Applied Sciences VERN, College for Applied Computer Engineering ALGEBRA, University of Applied Health Sciences and University of Applied Technical Sciences.
In study visit to Croatia participated Anneli Kannus, Helle Noorväli, Katri Raik, Kadi Pärnits, Ülle Ernits, Vallo Nuust, Enno Lend, Tiit Roosmaa and Jana Praun.
